Thank you Kristin! This is just Caran D'Ache Neocolor II crayons with water for the color and Soft Gel Medium (matte) with the end of the paint brush drawn into it for the texture. I used Liquitex acrylic ink to write the word. :)

I love poems where the light is hidding behind the dark. This is my own poetry style as well.
Oh, and the picture is pure perfection! I always wished I could dry...but I guess it wasn't in the cards for me. Only writing was.
I mean I wish I could paint...I don't know how dry came up above.LOL
