I Dream

"And nobody gets out of it, having to
swim through the fires to stay in
this world."
-- from Dream Work by Mary Oliver

This is a watercolor journal page of mine that I experimented with. Thought it had a dream-like look to it after I finished. Working on some other things I hope to show soon. Have a great weekend everyone!

The blowball sending out its wishes into the sky of dreams; the birds, messengers between two worlds ... your muse must love you : ))

The fiery sun captures the words of the poem so beautifully. But the beautiful pastels speak of an inner peace.

It's a great watercolor Pam. Love it's softness. Thank you for your kind comment on my blog. My mom is fine. I am commuting to go help her out a bit. She is getting on in age, but still wants to do it herself. thanks and great watercolor.
